Most items on HMD.NG are eligible for return, however some imported products may not be eligible for return. Customers are advised to read instructions and specifications on the product page carefully before making a purchase
You can exchange the item or get refund if you are not satisfied with them.
Clothing items or other merchandise that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, or have had their tags or hygiene sticker removed are not eligible for return.
Other items not allowed for return includes grocery and food products and gift items.
Returns request must be made within 7 days of your delivery date for a refund or exchange
To initiate a return, please send an email to order@hmd.ng using the product’s order number as reference, we shall respond within 48 business hours and provide you with necessary instructions.
We accept international returns, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return had been received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 1~2 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
If you opt to exchange your item, once your return is accepted, the exchange will be processed with the same processing and shipping times as the original order.
Once we issue your refund, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. We do not refund original shipping fee.
